TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Timeblu Software as a Service (SaaS), accessible through https://timeblu.com and https://app.timeblu.com.
1.1 Provider Identification

Hereinafter, "Timeblu", "we" or the "Provider".
1.2 Service Description
Timeblu is a simple scheduling application for appointment-based businesses that allows professionals, freelancers, and companies to:
- Manage their schedule and appointments
- Store client contact information
- Organize their professional calendar
- Add notes and reminders
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 Acceptance Conditions
By registering and using Timeblu, you declare:
- Being over 18 years old and having legal capacity to contract
- Having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
- Having read and accepted our Privacy Policy
- Acting in good faith and in accordance with applicable law
2.2 Electronic Acceptance
Acceptance occurs when you check the corresponding box during registration and click the "Create account" or "Sign up" button.
3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
3.1 Account Creation
To use Timeblu you must create an account providing:
- Name and surname
- Valid email address
- Secure password
- Other information required depending on the chosen plan
3.2 User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
- Keep your password confidential
- Not share your account with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations
- Not use the account for illegal, fraudulent activities or those that infringe third-party rights
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- All activities performed from your account
- Keeping your access credentials secure
- Any damage resulting from unauthorized use due to lack of adequate protection
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
4. PLANS AND PRICING
4.1 Plan Types
Timeblu offers different plans with different features and limits. Updated details of each plan are available at https://timeblu.com/#pricing.
4.2 Billing and Payment
- Payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider
- Billing is in advance (monthly or annual as you choose)
- Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT
- Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email
- We accept: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (subject to availability in Stripe)
4.3 Automatic Renewal
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period
- You will receive an email reminder before renewal
- You can cancel renewal at any time from your control panel
- If you cancel, the service will continue until the end of the already paid period
4.4 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days advance notice
- Changes will not affect already paid periods
- If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription before it applies
4.5 Refunds
- Free Plan: No cost, not applicable
- Paid plans:
- Trial period: If you cancel within the first 14 days, full refund
- After the trial period: No refunds for unused months/years
- Exceptions: For serious service failures attributable to Timeblu, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis
To request a refund, contact support@timeblu.com with your invoice number.
5. USE OF THE SERVICE
5.1 License of Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use Timeblu according to these Terms
- Only for your legitimate commercial or professional purposes
- Within the limits of your contracted plan
5.2 Prohibited Use
NOT permitted:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the service for illegal activities or those that infringe third-party rights
- Send spam, malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Overload or interfere with service operation (DDoS, mass scraping, etc.)
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without express authorization
- Use the service to store or distribute illegal, offensive content or that violates intellectual property rights
- Enter special category data (health, religion, etc.) in free-text fields
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
5.3 Responsibility for Entered Data
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and quality of data you enter in Timeblu
- Obtaining necessary consent from your clients to store and process their data
- Complying with GDPR and other data protection regulations regarding your clients' data
- The content of notes and comments you add
Timeblu acts as Data Processor for your clients' data. For more information, see our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Timeblu Rights
All intellectual property rights over Timeblu (code, design, brand, logos, content) belong to Timeblu and are protected by:
- Spanish and EU intellectual property laws
- International copyright protection treaties
6.2 Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you enter in Timeblu.
You grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data solely to provide the service
- Make backups
- Comply with legal obligations
This license ends when you delete your data or cancel your account.
7. AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
7.1 Service Availability
- Availability target: 99% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- We are not responsible for interruptions caused by: force majeure, third-party failures, DDoS attacks, etc.
7.2 Maintenance
- We perform scheduled maintenance outside business hours when possible
- We will notify you with at least 24 hours advance notice for maintenance affecting the service
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
7.3 Service Modifications
We may:
- Add, modify, or remove features with reasonable advance notice
- Discontinue the service with 90 days advance notice, allowing you to export all your data
8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
8.1 Support Channels

8.2 Support Levels
- Free Plan: Basic email support, response within 48-72 business hours
- Pro Plan: Priority support, response within 24-48 business hours
- Premium Plan: Priority support, response within 12-24 business hours
8.3 Business Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (CET/CEST), excluding Spanish holidays.
9. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
9.1 Suspension by Timeblu
We may suspend or cancel your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You don't pay your subscription (for paid plans)
- You use the service in a way that affects other users or the system
Before suspension, we will try to contact you except in serious cases (fraud, illegal activity, system attack).
9.2 Cancellation by User
You can cancel your account at any time from:
- Control panel > Settings > Cancel account
Cancellation effects:
- Free Plan: Account deleted immediately (you can export data first)
- Paid plans: Service active until the end of the paid period, then account deletion
- Data: Kept 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanent deletion
Before canceling, we recommend exporting all your data.
9.3 Consequences of Cancellation
After definitive deletion:
- You permanently lose access to your data
- It is not possible to recover the information
- Invoices are kept for 4 years (tax legal obligation)
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Use at Your Own Risk
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". You use Timeblu at your own risk.
10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Liability for data loss caused by factors outside our control
10.3 Limitation of Damages
Our maximum liability for any claim will be:
- Free Plan: €0 (free service)
- Paid plans: The amount paid in the last 12 months
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities
- Damages caused by your violation of these Terms
- Damages caused by third parties (providers, cyberattacks, etc.) except for gross negligence on our part
10.4 Tax Obligations
You are responsible for:
- Complying with your tax obligations regarding service use
- Declaring and paying applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
- Accounting management of your income derived from Timeblu use
11. DATA PROTECTION
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Regarding your clients' data that you enter in Timeblu:
- You are the Data Controller
- Timeblu is the Data Processor
- Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies
It is your responsibility to:
- Inform your clients about the processing of their data
- Obtain necessary consents
- Respect their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.)
- Comply with data protection regulations
12. COMMUNICATIONS
12.1 Service Communications
You agree to receive essential communications about:
- Changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy
- Security updates
- Information about your account and billing
- Scheduled maintenance
These communications are necessary for the service and you cannot unsubscribe.
12.2 Commercial Communications
We may send you information about:
- New features
- Usage tips
- Special offers
You can unsubscribe at any time from:
- The link in each email
- Your control panel > Settings > Email preferences
13. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Change notification:
- Email to your registered account
- Notice in the application
- Update of the date at the beginning of this document
Effects:
- Minor changes (corrections, clarifications): Effective immediately
- Significant changes: 30 days advance notice
- If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your account before they take effect
Continued use of the service after entry into force implies acceptance of the new Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Member State where you are located.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Consumers (individuals): If you are a consumer, you can go to:
- EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Consumer Arbitration Boards in your region
Businesses/professionals: For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, Spain.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DPA, constitute the complete agreement between you and Timeblu.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or invalid, the rest will remain in force.
15.3 Waiver
The fact that we do not exercise a right does not imply waiver of it.
15.4 Assignment
You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Timeblu may assign these Terms in case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale, notifying you in advance.
15.5 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, massive cyberattacks, Internet infrastructure failures, etc.).
