Yes. Each professional gets their own calendar with separate working hours and availability. Calendars are unlimited on every plan, Free included.
Yes, and you can do it yourself in a few minutes. Upload what your current system exports (CSV, Excel or your calendar) and Timeblu brings in your clients, appointments, services and team. You review everything before it is saved, and you can undo it. If you would rather do it with us, get in touch.
Yes, on every plan. You copy a code from Timeblu, paste it into your website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any other) and your clients book without leaving it: embedded in a page or behind a button that opens the booking full screen. On the Free plan a small "Bookings by Timeblu" badge appears; on Max it is not shown.
Yes. Connect Stripe to your account and charge clients automatically at the time of booking. Timeblu doesn't take a cut - Stripe's standard processing fee is the only cost.
Max includes 300 SMS reminders per month. After that, additional SMS are billed pay-as-you-go at €0.07 per message - no overage surprises, and you can disable PAYG entirely if you prefer.
Timeblu is available in 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. The interface, the AI assistant, and your public booking page all adapt automatically, so your clients can book in their own language too.
