  • You use the service in a way that affects other users or the system

Before suspension, we will try to contact you except in serious cases (fraud, illegal activity, system attack).

9.1 bis Inactive accounts

Accounts that are never used are paused automatically. An account qualifies when, for 30 days, it has had no sign-in and no activity and holds no data: no clients, no appointments, no connected payment account, no team members, no messaging line, and no paid subscription or trial.

  • We email you at least 7 days before the pause; signing in is enough to keep the account active.
  • A paused account is offline (booking page, messages) but nothing is deleted: sign in at any time and reactivate it with one click.
  • Paused accounts are subject to the deletion rules in section 9.2 once the account is cancelled.

9.2 Cancellation by User

You can delete your account at any time from:

  • Control panel > Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete account

The request is confirmed with a code sent to the account email address.

Effects of the request, immediately:

  • Account offline: your booking page and mini site become unreachable and no messages are sent in your name
  • Upcoming appointments: cancelled, and each client is notified
  • Paid plans: the subscription is cancelled at once; the remaining days of the current period are not refunded
  • Team members: lose access to the business

Data: kept 30 days in case you want to keep the account (sign in and choose "Keep my account"; cancelled appointments and the subscription are not restored), then permanent deletion. Appointments with a charged deposit must be refunded or completed before the request is accepted.

Before requesting deletion, we recommend exporting all your data.

9.3 Consequences of Cancellation

After definitive deletion:

  • You permanently lose access to your data
  • It is not possible to recover the information
  • Invoices are kept for 4 years (tax legal obligation)
