Timeblu is built for on-site service businesses: salons, clinics, physiotherapy, personal training, beauty, coaching, and similar. If your clients book a service with a specific provider at a specific location, Timeblu fits. Not sure? Send us a message and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit for you.
Yes. Each professional gets their own calendar with separate working hours and availability. Free includes 1 calendar, Pro up to 3, and Max is unlimited.
Yes. Connect Stripe to your account and charge clients automatically at the time of booking. Timeblu doesn't take a cut - Stripe's standard processing fee is the only cost.
Pro includes 25 SMS reminders per month, Max includes 50. After that, additional SMS are billed pay-as-you-go at €0.07 per message - no overage surprises, and you can disable PAYG entirely if you prefer.
Timeblu is available in 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. The interface, the AI assistant, and your public booking page all adapt automatically, so your clients can book in their own language too.
Yes. We're a Spanish company, GDPR-compliant, and your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We never sell data, never train AI models on your client data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Yes. Cancel from your settings in one click. No phone calls, no retention agents, no cancellation fees. Your data stays accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind.
